When a shipment arrives, we compare it with the available bill of lading, purchase order, or project information.
Before opening each carton, we check the packaging for crushed corners, tears, punctures, moisture, and other visible damage. Items are then carefully unpacked and inspected for shipping damage, manufacturing defects, finish imperfections, missing hardware, and other concerns.
If a problem is discovered, we photograph and document the issue and notify the appropriate project contact. This information may also help support vendor, freight, or warranty claims.
After inspection, items are carefully rewrapped, assigned to the correct project inventory, and placed in their designated storage area.
Construction schedules, remodeling delays, and vendor delivery dates do not always align. Our storage services allow project furnishings to arrive when they are available without overcrowding the property or exposing valuable items to jobsite conditions. Each item remains organized, protected, and ready for delivery when the project reaches the installation stage.
When the property is ready, our team can transport the furnishings to the home, office, or commercial space. We carefully unpack, assemble, and place items according to the designer’s instructions. Once the installation is complete, packaging and debris can be removed so the space is clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
